Seems like Dynamic clock was only for Galaxy AI supporting devices 😭 Hate you Samsung

Go to the lock screen editor and apply one of Samsung’s decorative frames around your subject. The dynamic clock will almost start working. Once you do that, you can switch back to the original wallpaper (without the frame).
