You can just download one of them and flash it to your phone. Using Odin flashing tool. Or you can wait until they roll out one for your phones region. Iti will show you a notification to update it. You will just update it directly as you do update whatsapp on your phone.

Remember you can be in South Africa and be using Samsung, which has software of Egypt or india, so you will wait until they roll out the android version for those region for your phone to get updated.
