Number of major and security updates

How many years of major updates and security updates will be received by A34 5G, while buying the phone samsung promised 4 years major updates nd 5 years security updates, but now recently when I called customer service he said I wud get 3 years major updates and 4 year security. Something feels wrong , I confirmed with that guy on call multiple times but said same thing over and over . This seems bit concerning as I bought the phone on based of updates and now samsung decides to decrease it by 1 year with telling us (or maybe I missed out idk). Kinda disappointing I haven't even recieved OneUI 7 update yet -_-

You'll get OS updates until March 24, 2027 and security updates until March 24, 2028.

Last update I had was of security around 14th june

Idk how i am usung indian variant but i updated the next dah i recieved the update maybe in a few days you'll get cause they would be sorting problems for those first who have updated to one ui 7.0 already and then release full update to users like you who had got or updated to one ui 7.0 earlier

But i got it on 12 june on 19 june samsung retracted the update but i was still on one ui 7 then i got another update on 1 july security patch which fixed everything

Updates were like
4 june - one ui 6.1 ( march security patch )
12 june - one ui 7.0 ( april security patch )
1 july - one ui 7.0 ( may security patch )
