Notifications not showing in Notification panel

I Can see notification pop up but once it fades away...notifications are not showing in notification panel. 

But all the respective apps are showing number of notifications badge.

Please help!

Fyi - I use night mode with some custom settings like dnd, greyscale..etc.

But even when routine/modes are off, notifications are not showing.

I think due to dnd and app timer

It's happening with all apps..not just any specific app.
