Notification problem in galaxy a8 plus

Since yesterday, I've stopped receiving notifications from any app, even though the permission for sending notification is granted, even the phone vibrates but there's no notification in the panel...please do something.

is that you enable DND?

and if not then turn on off you notification settings and restart your device and run in safe mode
