Notification issue

I am using A21 S, when my phone is locked and any notification comes like what's app or email, phone display light does not light up, only i can hear notification tone and then i have to press side key to see the notification. Kindly check and advise.

so long press on each app which not giving alert >notification >show notification and check alert is enable or disable

on every app notification is on

Samsung mobiles doesnt wake up screen on notification.
Only samsung message wakes up screen.

I suppose A21s doesnt have edge lighting.

I am not sure. You can install glimpse notification app to wake up screen on notification.
