Whenever I Receive A Notification From WhatsApp My Notification Panell Gets Cleared.

Now Whenever There's A Missed Call In Samsung Phone,It Doesn't Show That Notification Too.

Maybe you mistakly disabled the WhatsApp notification. Go and turn it on.
