Not loading pictures on instagram

I am facing problem in Instagram while using it. My phone is not able to load pictures from story. I have to post the pictures from gallery . Its coming blank when I am trying to upload it from Instagram story

Many users told that they have problem with Instagram app. I think this should be a bug of Instagram app. Please report it to Instagram.
