Samsung is releasing OneUi 5.O updates for devices but they need to remember this, that they have released buggy android 12 for Some devices like for my Device GALAXY A21s but on 14th July but no updates later on. Even after complaining many times related to slow device and laggy user experience but no updates from Samsung. Why ???? The devices is ruining day by day.

Samsung is cheating the customers. Shame on it !

Don't buy budget smartphones from Samsung and expect a lag free software experience.First of all one UI is heavy and it eats up a lot of ram and creates lots of cached data ,so you need at least a Snapdragon 730 or better and 6 gb of ram for a smooth experience.

Please don't suggest the solutions, I've already reported the problems on members app and tried all the given steps. My galaxy A21s needed a security update, not solutions.
