Not getting Android 12..

I use galaxy a 71 and it got last update on 1st jan and previously it got android 11 ... i think a phone gets 2 android updates.. i still did not get the update..can someone explain plzz....i bought this mobile with android 10 and got android 11 thorough update...and not getting 12...

I wonder 🤔 by April 22 u should have received it. But maybe u and others using a71 will get the update soon. Just wait for it.

Samsung galaxy A 71 will get 3 updates till Android 13 according to company policy. A71 will get a new UI and Android 12 which was due in April 2022, let's hope A 71 in india gets updates in this month. It is high time the Samsung comes out with some official statement regarding the probable date of the new update for A 71 in India.

The delay is due to some bugs in android 12 found at the last few days of release....hence the update was delayed
