Not able to use calling service properly since software update.

I am using Samsung A80 since I updated software on it I am facing alot of pribwhile receiving and making calls. During incoming call I have to wait 10 seconds after answering the call, and same issue is with while making outgoing calls as I am not listening rings of other person till he will answer my call. Please look in the matter and fix the bugs

GetHelp>>SendFeedback>>ErrorReport/AskQuestion>choose appropriate section

And if possible do visit service centre

Try this method its working for most of the people

Repair App - No Data Loss

1. Turn Off Your Handset
2. Connect with Ear head or USB (Connected with PC/Laptop)
3. Hold Power & Volume UP Until recovery mode screen
4. Select Repair App
5. Once completed, Select Reboot
