I bought my samsung galaxy A24 two months ago , its been working fine without having problems and now I recently noticed that when I play radio and a voice note on whatsapp there is no sound at all. When i play radio it says "radio can not be played during the call" whereas there's no call and on whatsapp it show that the record is playing i can see time counting but not hear anything. To solve this I have to switch the phone OFF and ON only then it will work.
Is there anybody who experienced this and how can I easily solve this issue without having to always turn off the cellphone?
