No WiFi, Bluetooth & Data Access

Good morning, my Samsung A10s doesn't detect any networks, nor turns on WiFi or Bluetooth. The mobile data icon gets activated but I have no data use whatsoever. I've tried factory resetting but I can't do such without a Wi-Fi or data connection. Can someone please assist?

Restart device and give an error report. And if possible visit your nearest service center
