I transferred all data via Smartswitch to this headset. I have fingerprint authentication and pin to unlock headset, but after installing all and software update the headset restarted. Problem is that I can't recall the pin code to unlock and the phone doesn't request the biometric fingerprint. Unfortunately I also forgot the new pin as I didn't make a note..., due to this I can't access the new headset! Can anybody please assist me?
