Network drops while receiving call A52s5G

Internet or network drops from 4G to 2G while receving or making call. Is any body facing the problem. If anybody knows the solution. (Model A52s5G)

I disable volte call as call over volte does not connect at all. May be poor network issue.

If you disable VoLte call will be sent through 2g network and internet will stop.

So better enable volte if u want data to be active while on call.

Chk my last second post if it helps with your network.

If you disable VOLTE, then network drops from 4G to 2G.. it is normal behavior

Call over volte option diabled.
As call does not connect. May be due to weak network.
