I have Galaxy A54. Last year I took subscription of Netflix and was able to watch on my mobile. After some months I cancelled subscription and unsinstalled Netflix. Last week I again subscribed Netflix and installed it on my A54. But now whenever I try to open Netflix it gives error "Sorry we could not reach the Netflix service. Please try again later. (-1000)"
The app doesn't even start. I factory reset my A54 twice even same problem. Called Netflix and they say that not our problem. You talk to Samsung.
Netflix is running fine on my TV,tablet and other mobiles but not on A54. A54 is updated to latest version of 6.1 with last update 28Sep2024.

Do anyone else got this problem??

The problem is solved now. Maybe Netflix got the problem and solved it in their App as it got updated yesterday. Now the Netflix app starts without any message and I can use it.
Thanks for responding. 🙏
