Hello everyone I need a help someone wants to exchange his smartphone with my Galaxy A54 his smartphone is Realme Gt Neo 3 150W charging 9 months used software update police is completed in android 14 it's not getting updates now 12/256 variant Dimensity 8100 powerful processor good camera and mine is used for approx 2 years so I'm confused tell me please I should go for exchange or not 🙂🙂

No the phone is not opened or never goes to any repair shop this phone is owned by my relational brother and he just wants to use samsung he is samsung fan

Still bro better get it checked you should never blindly believe anyone what if after exchanging phone stops charging or has some display issue or calling problem

Download some app and test everything in phone.

Check network calling charging also is battery back is good or not

See if you are not believing me than talk to me when you will suffer with the phone I used the same phone but its experience is not good as samsung believe me otherwise take a try

Even s series user can't fast charge. Charging randomly stops or phone charges very slowly. This is happening in flagship.
