I need android 13 and ONE UI 5.0 for my A12 device

Nope. The phone got its promised 2 OS updates till android 12 and wont get Android 13 update

Because it was launched with Android 10 and was updated with 2 major OS updates of Android 11 and 12. So no more updates. Only 2 OS updates are promised for this device
