Please download nfc tools app from playstore and open it .. Enable nfc on your phone Then take u r debit/credit card and get it closer to your phone, If it vibrates/ shows something on the screen then your NFC is working..., if no then you probably dropped your phone which made a loose contact on NFC antenna, get it repaired (FACTORY RESET IS NOT GOING TO WORK, Please don't waste your time in that)
