N78 bands not working

In my samsung a 14 5g phone website specification me n78 bands hai but this is not active plz help me for solution

The band usage is carrier dependent. Jio Airtel VI use different 5G bands.

Jio use n78 bands in my location so my phone not stable in 5g

Understand. Try checking in an area where 5G signal is strong. Disable power saver if you are using it. Power saver disables 5G.

Sir I am using samsung a14 5g mobile in my area my phone's present n78 as par samsung website specifications but in my phone. Connect 5g in 3700 MHz frq for n77 bands so I am confused in my phone preset n78 bands but not work well

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. That’s a really good question — and you’re not alone. Many Samsung A14 5G users are frustrated because the n78 5G band (3500 MHz) is listed in specs but not working or active on their devices.Samsung hardware-wise supports n78 on many A14 5G models, but the software (firmware) often disables it regionally, depending on your country, carrier, and certification.So, even though it's there in the chip (Dimensity 700 or Exynos 1330), Samsung might have disabled it in India or certain regions unless a carrier demands it.
