I have been using my samsung galaxy A73 5g mobile for more than 2 years but yesterday night while talking on the phone suddenly two straight green lines appeared in the middle of the phone screen. When I showed it to samsung care engineer he said it's samsung display problem you need to change the display. I didn't expect this from Samsung.If my phone falls out of my hand and gets hurt and as a result these two green lines appear on the screen of my phone then it would be my full responsibility.My message like this does not mean that Samsung should now bear the responsibility of my phone.But I want to tell Samsung company that customers spend so much money to buy Samsung phones,At that point, if you provide Samsung phone parts with a better quality, then the customers are saved from this unexpected cost.Because I talked to some Samsung customers and they told me that all the states of the phone start burning after the warranty period of the phone is over. If the condition of Samsung is like this, then in the coming days and in the near future, the condition of Samsung will be similar to that of Nokia Mobile.

I was asked by a user here to talk to contact samsung ceo, I gave them all the necessary documents about my phone's pros and cons, but when they called me today, they told me that it was something Not to be done it is in the company rules if there is any problem in any phone even due to company update the company will not take any responsibility for it, the full cost and responsibility should be borne by the customer, samsung service has become very poor I am here all Samsung To the users, I may feel bad hearing these words today, but in the near future, if there is any problem with your phone, Samsung will not help you in any way, because they are only here to make money, but to provide services to their customers. Don't worry, they send different one ui updates to the phone, there are many secrets behind these updates, there are many reasons for sending the updates, so that the phone gets various errors, if the user's phone doesn't get error after this update. So how will the new phones released in the Samsung market be sold? Consumers will then be forced to take the phone to a Samsung service center and waste their hard earned money to replace the phone's parts or pour their own money into expensive phones advertised by Samsung, much better than Samsung getting out of the company and using an Apple phone. to do At least the cheaper Apple phones are protected for life. I personally condemn the Samsung company.
