Hi, There could be several reasons why your Samsung A10's Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are not working. Here are some troubleshooting steps to help you identify and potentially fix the issue:

1. *Restart your phone*: Sometimes, a simple reboot can resolve the issue.
2. *Check Airplane mode*: Ensure that Airplane mode is turned off, as it disables Bluetooth and Wi-Fi.
3. *Reset network settings*: Go to Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset network settings.
4. *Check Bluetooth and Wi-Fi settings*: Ensure that Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are enabled in Settings.
5. *Disable and re-enable Bluetooth and Wi-Fi*: Try toggling them off and then back on.
6. *Check for software updates*: Ensure your phone is running the latest software.
7. *Perform a factory reset*: If all else fails, try resetting your phone to its factory settings (note: this will erase all data).

If none of these steps work, it's possible that there's a hardware issue, and you may need to visit a Samsung service center or contact their support.

Hi Stakzen, Here are some ways to check if your Samsung Galaxy A13 supports 5G or 4G :
- Check your phone's packaging box or the official Samsung website for the model number. The 5G variant has the model numbers SM-A136U, SM-A136U1, SM-A136W, SM-A136B, or SM-S136DL, while the 4G variant's model numbers are SM-A135F, SM-A135F/DS, SM-A135M, SM-A135U, SM-A135U1, SM-A137F, or SM-A137F/DSN.
- Check your phone's settings. Go to Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Network mode. If you see a 5G option, your phone supports 5G.
- Check your phone's color. The 5G variant comes in black, green, blue, pink, and orange, while the 4G variant is available in black, white, blue, and peach.
- Check your phone's processor. The 5G variant uses a MediaTek MT6833 Dimensity 700 processor, while the 4G variant uses an Exynos 850 processor. To check your phone's processor, go to Settings > About phone > Hardware information.
