My A50 overheating

hello have my Samsung A50 just over a year. It keeps coming up phone over heating and turns off. I tried to get it fixed in the Samsung support centre but they refused to help me because I bought the phone in Ireland and I now live in Australia.

Can anyone help me please !!!

Try Reflashing Using Smart Switch Through Pc.
Do Backup all of your Data Before Flashing
