Please follow the below steps, If the battery is non removable:
Press the power and volume down key simultaneously for few seconds.
Check space availability:
Is there sufficient space available in your device?
Kindly check the space on your device:
Path: Settings > Device Care >Storage
To improve the device performance there should be sufficient space. Request you to keep at least ''minimum 20% internal memory free''.
Please ensure stable Wi-Fi connection to your mobile. Downloading via mobile network may result in additional charges.
Please ensure enough storage space in your device.
Please ensure your device has sufficient battery for updating software. (above 50%)
Please follow the below steps:
Step1: Navigate to apps screen and tap on Settings.
Step2: Tap on Software update.
Step3: Tap on Download and install.
Step4: Checking for software update.
Step5: Software update available.
Step6: Tap on Download.
Step7: Downloading updates.
Step8: Tap on Install now.
Note: Your phone will restart after the update is installed.
In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Ask question).

Galaxy AI have the same problem in COD Mobile. I think this is a software bug in Samsung. Because when I minimize the game and come back with the game again, the multi-touch problem in the game is solved. At the same time, I am playing the same Call of Duty game on my Huawei phone, but I did not see any problems with multi-touch on other phones.

Galaxy AI have this same issue . WhenI play game like #free fire max,gangster Vegas.. etc . In free fire I click fire button at that time movement button didn't work .My phone is Samsung galaxy A31. This problem multi touch not working was comiming After I beleave soft ware update . So please Samsung please gave A31 users A soft ware update to solve this problem as soon as possible. it is an request
