I am saying that one ui 2 has brought more issues than it solved. I mean yes we got new better looks and some more edge lighting effects but the problems are more serious. Like after the update there is battery drain issue,heating issue,lagging without any reason,camera app messed up.
Tue most problematic is the heating issue as after the update the phone has started heating unnecessarily like while using youtube using samsung notes and watching videos on the video player the phone heats upto unacceptable levels. You cannot hold the phone.
I don't know if this is with me only or not.
But please look into this issue and if is there is anything that I can do please tell me.
1- Make sure that 20% internal storage is free for which clear the RAM memory and storage of device (Settings > Device care > Memory/Storage > Clean Now).
2- Stop the background running app (Tap on the left soft key and close all the running apps).
For further mentioned issues, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > click on “+“icon > send feedback > error report/ask questions).
