Run your mobile in safe mode to find out the faulty third party app creating the problem n delete them if problem continues go to service centre

probably you have installed some bad apps they are creating ruckus in your phone go to settings then device maintenance Run Optimisation and check for virus I hope it will help

flash latest firmware problems will be solved...u have to flash manual on odin
