Live caption

Live caption is not working in A22 it will show 

Update your software to enable this feature.

After that 

Update size is up to 40 MB

Make sure that you're connected to Wi-Fi while downloading caption data. Downloading over a mobile network may result in additional charges.

Then 

Couldn't download Live Caption data. Go to Settings > Sound > Live Caption.

What i can do to solve this problem ?
