Hi I am using A5 2017 India SM-A520F the last security update had received was 1st november, will my mobile get stable oreo update and when, please I request send security updates every month, I use Samsung from past 6 years I am brand loyal person.
Samsung has forgotten that it has A series customers in India. Many of the countries except India has received January update and even Russia has got February update and in India we are still stuck in Nov 2017

However, updates are released through FOTA in waves only, so we’re unable to determine the exact time that would take for your device to receive the same update. From last 3 months I am doing this but it's really frustrating to see other company giving updates on time but samsung is buzzy with there flagship phones, other country had received security patches we are still in November, frustrated fan Piruz.
