I just updated my A50 with Android 10. After installation, when it asks for the password to be entered, the keyboard is not appearing. When I try to get to safe mode, it is still asking for Password but as the keyboard is not appearing, I am unable to type. Please help me. I dont want to do a factory reset as I have not taken any backup.
please go to app settings once .....search Samsung keyboard...go to its storage section.....clear data and cache of it .....restart your device and check
