JIO 5G not working on A52s 5g

I unable to use Jio 5g on A52s 5g although I have get jio welcome offer and enabling 5g setting on device 

Is any other face this problem

It is simple....since, you are using free service of of 5G...on top of 4G....it is plausible that the service provider will limit the services...when 5G was activated for the first time on my phone..it was working astoundingly fast without any lag...but over time, with security updates it started to detoriorate.
