Hi all,

I am using samsung galaxy A52s and I stay in bangalore. Currently jio is giving free 5g for testing but I am not able to enable it on my phone. It gives error mentioned in the attached snap. Although 5G is enabled.

Anyone has faced the similar issue. How to resolve this?

Hey I faced the same issue, just give it a day and then restart your phone and toggle the network settings to lte only and then back to 5G/4G/LTE auto connect. This should work.

First of all you have to check which Samsung model is ready to use 5G in India.

Why don't you just check on with Samsung in this forum either with text chat or Ask questions section, you can get the feedback about 5G compatibility of your model from them. I hope your issue will be resolved soon.
