it's Samsung Pay gesture. Disable it in Samsung Pay settings .

It is for swipe gestures. Go to settings, display, navigation bar, you can select buttons or navigation gestures.

It's Samsung Pay Mini gesture

Go to Samsung Pay mini > settings > quick access > disable all options
