Does anyone here use Netflix app on Galaxy A52s? I have been having a strange issue on my Netflix app ever since I switched from Redmi K20 Pro to Galaxy A52s? When I open Netflix app and scroll through the homepage, half of the contents on the homepage do not load (please see the screenshot attached). It just shows some grey color blocks. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, tried uaing different wifi and mobile data, even did a factory reset. I am not using any VPN, no ad blocker or no private DNS. I already spoke to Netflix and they are also not being able yo help. Surprisingly, this problem doesn't exist on my Android TV and PC. It omly occurs on Netflix app. I really don't know if the app is broken or if One UI 4.1 has something to do with this issue.

This is not UI problem.
You have to install again your Netflix account

I literally mentioned on my post that I did everything starting from uninstalling and reinstalling the Netflix app and even factory reset. And yes, I already tried clearing cache and data as well and signed in again. But the problem keeps coming back. This never happened on my previous non samsung devices.

Okay then try to join the beta for netflix and check if you get this issue rid off. It should be gone as it seems netflix app issue.

Clearing the app cache is kind of like a cleanse for your apps. It will get rid of residual files that could be slowing down the app.
Open Settings, and then swipe to and tap Apps. Select or search for the app you want to clear. Tap Storage, and then tap Clear cache.
