Issue with Google Play System Updates Post One UI 8 Stable Release on Samsung Ga

Dear Samsung Support Team,

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I am experiencing with Google Play System Updates on my Samsung Galaxy A55.

After participating in the One UI 8 Beta program, I recently installed the stable version of One UI 8. While the Android version is now updated to 16 and the device shows the Google Play System update as of 1 July 2025, I have not received the September 2025 Google Play System Update, which should have been available following the transition to the stable release.

I have tried checking for updates multiple times, but my device still does not receive the latest Google Play System Update. According to multiple user reports and discussions in community forums, this issue seems to affect devices that were previously in the Beta program and have now moved to the stable One UI 8 release. The problem appears to be related to delays or pauses in Google Play System Updates during and after the Beta phase, with some users suggesting it may be an Android-wide issue. It has been noted that updates may resume normal rollout after some time, or after performing a device reset, but there is no official guidance currently available for this scenario.

I kindly request your assistance in resolving this problem and guidance on the recommended steps to ensure my device receives timely Google Play System Updates, including the September 2025 update.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer care support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update it's maybe fix by Samsung team soon.
