Issue in A51 😞😞

After updating my phone Android 11 based ONE UI 3.0, when I scroll down for notification it goes down fully I am not able what notification I got, to see notification I have to do again scroll up,  I anyone else who is same facing issue in A51, Please share your experience.... I have attached video for reference by screen recording.

once Reboot in a safemode and then observe

steps to turn safemode;
long press on power button>
long press on power off option>click on safemode >your mobile will restart and turn into safemode.
