Is Samsung Pay supported in A71?

Is 'Samsung Pay' supported in Galaxy A71? Anyone using it in this model? Google play store is showing it as 'Not Compatible'

yes. A71 has full Samsung pay support. I have been using for long time

If you download from play store it will show App is Not Compatible. Go to Galaxy store there you can download it.
