XDA developer said Infinity OS do not guaranty of VoLTE and Camera module . VoLTE may work for some carrier and may not ..

Nope, Odin is official tool so you need not to unlock bootloader.

All you need is correct firmware and correct drivers and you are good to go.

But use Odin at your own risk because that can damage your phone parmanently.

If bootloader version is same you can without worrying about tripping knox.. If not visit service center and ask them to downgrade your version as doing it on your own may trip the knox...
