Internal screen recorder

I need answer please.. why when I do screen recorder on the other apps on my phone.. there is no internal audio, how to fix this.. thanks

Hi  KC5 

1. Pull down your Notification Bar. 

2. Tap on teh work Screen Recorder. 

3. Select Media Sounds. 

4. Select Done.
