Here's a breakdown of potential solutions:
1. Resetting Network Settings:
Go to Settings -> General Management -> Reset -> Reset Network Settings.
This will remove all saved Wi-Fi networks and Bluetooth devices.
Reboot your device after the reset.
2. Clearing the Cache Partition:
Turn off your device.
Boot into Recovery Mode (usually by holding the Volume Up and Power buttons simultaneously until the Samsung logo appears).
Navigate to "Wipe cache partition" using the volume buttons and select it with the power button.
Reboot your device after clearing the cache.
3. Safe Mode Test:
Boot your device into Safe Mode (usually by holding the Power button and selecting "Safe Mode").
If Wi-Fi and Bluetooth work in Safe Mode, it could indicate a conflict with a third-party app.
Try uninstalling recently installed apps to see if the problem resolves.
4. Checking for Hardware Issues:
If the problem persists, consider the possibility of a hardware issue, such as a damaged Wi-Fi/Bluetooth antenna or a mainboard problem.
Samsung offers diagnostics within the Members app to identify potential hardware issues.
If hardware problems are suspected, contacting Samsung support or visiting a service center is recommended.
