Hi there
Both my Whataspp images ans Whataspp video folder has disappeared from my phones gallery๐ผ
Please advise how I can restore this? ๐ค

1. Check WhatsApp Media Visibility. Open WhatsApp: Tap the three dots (Menu) at the top right > Settings > Chats. Ensure Media Visibility is turned ON. For specific chats or groups: Open the chat, tap the contact's or groupโs name, & check if Media Visibility is set to "Yes."
2. Enable Hidden Albums in Gallery Open the Gallery app. Tap the three-dot menu (More options) in the top-right corner. Select Settings & ensure the option to view Hidden Albums is turned ON. Check if the "WhatsApp" folder is listed under hidden albums.
3. Use Samsungโs File Manager Open My Files (Samsungโs file manager). Navigate to Internal Storage > WhatsApp > Media. Look for the folders: WhatsApp Images WhatsApp Video Check for a .nomedia file: If found, delete it. This file hides media from appearing in the gallery. Restart your phone to refresh the gallery.
4. Restart Your Phone Restarting your phone can help re-index your media files, making them appear in the gallery again.
