Go to settings
Battery and device care
Choose the battery option on the top
Click on more battery settings
Turn on show charging information
Restart your phone

It's not done because it's not available on this model.

That's because A23 have LCD. AOD and charging info shows only on Samsung phones with an AMOLED.
