I am not able to update google crome and android web view.

I cleared the cache of google chrome, play store, android web view but there is no progress.

CLEAR CACHE OF GOOGLE PLAY SERVICES

OPEN PLAY STORE
CLICK ON UPDATE
THEN PLAYSTORE WILL INSTALL
com.google.trichromelibrary...like app in background that will also visible in notification panel
After installation of this app
Chrome will start updating automatically !

if you see this is downloading in background also visible in notification panel
rest assured that your chrome browser will be updated in few minutes

It's take more than sufficient time to update these two app. So better do is click update button on both and wait for several minutes and do your another work.
It's my experience which I am sharing. Hopefully you also get benefited.

Then immediately update those 2 apps.
