best way is from assistant menu
just go to settings>accessibility >interaction and dexterity>assistant menu>enable and click on it and enable assistant plus menu

by this option you not only screen shot but you can do some other task too very easily

and one other is palm swipe but that is not useful at every moment

i think you didn't touch the screen
the thing is you need to mild touch your screen while swipe the screen

Originally my mobile is M21 model. As it is found defective I got A21s model. I know Palm Swipe but in A21s model not working.
