How to set print to PDF option without any physical printer attached

Can anyone help me how to print important documents to pdf , as I can see Google crome doesn't allowed to print to PDF features. Tried with recommended app list for connecting printer but those app need physical printer. I don't have and want to connect printer, just need to save those documents in pdf format. Please help me.

I paid government licence fees and they provided receipt on screen no email copy. I screenshot but no clarity. Their button to print but when clicked it's not allowing me print in a pdf format

In Chrome, Tap on 3 dot> select Share. Now there will be option to Print.
Tap on print your pdf will be saved as pdf.

But when I click print button on website it's not provided option of share

Partially working as taking whole website current page print and we need to manually save the exact page instead of full web page . And later manually change the name what u want .

All manual work , No automation
