How to restrict multiple apps from using call logs and SMS history

I was trying to activate this option from Developer Option.but it doesn't works. Every time I turned it on, It automatically turned of everytime I reopened devs Option again. Doesn't work anyway

now please listen a story 🤣🤣🤣😝👉 out of all devices in the world 🌎 only samsung device not support that function even after present and mandate by Google long before....not only that you can't even access acent colour option.....those just for show in samsung device.... i told and gave information about this several times to samsung developer team ,whatsapp, email but no reply and no response

go to settings, search for "permission manager". there you can deny those permissions for call logs n messages
