Can you recover the serial number of your phone through your email that is linked to the Samsung account using find my phone or direct contact with Samsung via the Samsung email?
Please note on your Find my mobile details like the serial number of the linked device do not show. The only information you can be able find is the device's IMEI number ( also with that you can be able to get it if your have your device linked to Google's find my phone feature). If you have the IMEI number you can email it to tellus@samsung.com and request that they check the serial number for you
