For WhatsApp turn on fingerprint lock on in Whatsapp and.
Turn off show content in notifications

In Lockscreen or after you have unlocked your phone ?
.
If it's in lockscreen, then you have an option - Go to Settings > Lockscreen > Notification > set it to icons only
.
If your query is after you have unlocked your phone, then there is no option to do so... 😬

How to use User-Generated Content on Instagram? Let’s take a quick look at what user-generated content is before we get into how to use it on Instagram. UGC is simply content about your product, service, or brand created by others. You may be tagged in, @mentioned in, or sent content posted by someone else on Instagram. The material is normally created by your customers, but it could also be created by potential consumers or your entire audience.

I know this is an old thread, but I have the same problem on my S20+. IG is the ONLY app that is ignoring all the settings and displaying message content in the notification bar.

Did you ever find a fix for this? Internet searches are generally no help
