How to check my instagram accounts are linked to my gmail account?

I accidentally tap on the icon (Remove access from this phone). I cannot find my instagram accounts list.

Go to Google Account: Open a web browser and go to your Google Account settings.

Navigate to Security: Click on "Security."

Find Third-Party Apps: Scroll down until you see "Your connections to third-party apps & services."

See All Connections: Click "See all connections" to view a list of all third- party apps and services linked to your Google account.

Identify Instagram: Look for any Instagram accounts that are listed as connected to your Gmail account.
