Hello friends,
Today I'm telling you how mobile companies cheat with users via software updates.
I have Samsung Galaxy A20. I bought it in August 2019. Over a year my phone condition is very nice, there is no lag, no heating, no fast battery drain, no display issue etc....
Last week Samsung push an update, I regularly update my phone so last week I installed new update in my phone.
After update I'm facing fast battery draining issue in my galaxy A20. I know that my phone was 1 year old so may be battery life was decrease but after that update is draining so fast...🥵
I heard about this thing but I never faced it, but now I faceing this...
Shame on brands like Samsung...🤯

To resolve battery issue kindly follow the below step given below:-


- Battery optimization:- Settings > Select Device Maintenance/Device Care>Optimize>Optimize all options like Battery, Storage and Memory

If the issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report/ask question). Kindly send us the screenshot (which apps are consuming most of the battery).
Note: Please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.
