High cpu usage

Hello, community I have bought a new galaxy Ao4e here there is a problem of high cpu usage alway 80 to 100 % I have check using android assistant.A lot of problem occurs phone heats fast slowest performance apps lags even can't use for normal work without lag.I had the worst experience in Galaxy Ao4e. Please give me some solutions or some other updates.

You can try clear cache

I had tried every method clear cache,ram is free,I always use device care,no virus is there but nothing happen.worst experience samsung

Maybe you can try Factory reset

I had tried 3 times factory reset the same problem occurs

Maybe you can go to nearest service center or waiting for new update

I had updated my phone to android 14 one ui 6.1 and the problems occurred. Maybe there is any os bug or glitch. I have no samsung centre nearby. Very unlucky
